Our Rates

In recognition that economic and class justice are central to liberation work, we price based on a Sliding Scale Model to support people to pay according to their available resources. Those with greater financial privilege and/or access to resources contribute more, allowing those with less access, to pay according to their means.

Organizational Day Rates

Build

Half Day (3.5hrs or less)

Full Day (4-7hrs)

For organizations that have an annual budget of <$250,000, and do not have a professional development fund, we invite you to register at the BUILD level.

Sustain

Half Day (3.5hrs or less)

$2,500

Full Day (4-7hrs)

$5,000

For organizations that have an annual budget of between $250,00 and $1M or have a professional development fund of $1,000-$5,000, we invite you to register at the SUSTAIN level, the full price of our services.

Redistribute

Half Day (3.5hrs or less)

$3,500

Full Day (4-7hrs)

$6,500

For organizations that have an annual budget greater than $1M, or have a professional development fund greater than $5000, we invite you to register at the REDISTRIBUTION level, 100% or more of the “full price”.

We prioritize our Build Rate for organizations that are doing movement building work and/or work to build a solidarity economy, and are led by communities of color, queer and trans folks, immigrants, and/or working class and poor people.

Individual Coaching Rates

To support in determining you individual rate, please take a moment to reflect on the following questions.

  • Are you / your family homeowners or landowners?

  • Are your bills or credit cards on autopay?

  • Can you access and afford healthcare / health insurance?

  • Do you have zero to no debt?

  • Do you have disposable income?

  • Do you have a safety net of “financially stable” or wealthy family and friends?

  • Do you have U.S. Citizenship?

  • Does your income only support you?

  • Have/Will you inherit money or property?

  • Have you (or could you have) attended college/grad school?

If you answered,

Almost all ‘No’ consider paying at the Build rate of $75/hr

More ‘No’ than ‘Yes’ consider paying at the Sustain rate or $150/hr

More ‘Yes’ than ‘No’ consider paying at the Redistribution rate $250/hr

For individuals who are seeking out coaching services and professional development and being reimbursed by your workplace or organization see ‘Organizational Day Rates’ above.

Our fixed fee rates are priced per facilitator and include prep and follow-up time. It does not include travel, lodging, and per diem expenses.

We invite everyone interested in working with us to a conversation to discuss your needs and budget with more specificity.

This sliding scale is an attempt to honor and show solidarity with movement building and grassroots organizing work at multiple levels, including organizations that are disruptive of oppressive systems through their organizational practices, such as hiring practices, leadership and staff social identities and lived experiences, and so on.
